Yesterday I tried to update a desription of the app. So I select a Description for certain language, did some modifications and finally did a click to Save button on bottom. But nothing happened. Save button was gray, changes were not saved. Also I found, the itself doesn't render the app's image correctly.

I was seeing the same issue last night - I think the store is having issues. It did take my package so I ended up submitting without changing the description. It's running very slow - it's been sitting on publishing for many hours now.
