上个月，我可以使用开发中心回复反馈。

但是，4月14日，我无法回复反馈！ （我之后每天都在尝试，但它不可能。）

在"反馈"页面中，点击"回复反馈"链接，然后点击进度bar开始运行。

您可以尝试清除浏览器缓存或使用其他浏览器或计算机再次尝试。

Last month, I could respond to feedbacks using Dev Center.
But, on April 14, I can't respond to feedbacks! (I'm trying every day after that, but it isn't  possible.)

In the 'Feedback' page, I click the 'Respond to feedback' link, then the progress bar begins to run.
Running, running, running..., forever!

Hi biac,

You may try clearing the browser cache or use another browser or machine to try it again.

If the issue persists, please contact Dev Center support through your developer account so that they can review it.

Please click "Submit an incident" on the right side of that page.
