I am following the scenario #3 stated in the MSDN page: https://msdn.microsoft.com/library/windows/apps/mt186437.aspx

But I'm facing a problem: At step 5, on the left navigation menu of one of my app's page, when I click analytics, I don't have a "Microsoft Advertising Performance" option, nor "Link a pubCenter account".

Here are my possibilities:

How can I link my pubCenter account then? Thank you in advance.

This functionality is not yet available in Dev Center today for all users, but will be made available soon.
