I am using AttachListRemoteEventReceiver method of IProvisioningExtensibilityHandler Interface to attach the event receiver to the Host Web list on an Asynchronous event. Event receiver is getting attached to the list but it is not firing. According to below post App_Installed is the right place to achieve this. For some reason we want to avoid using this event.

If you don't want to use App Installed to add remote event receiver to host web, please try to use PowerShell to attach it manually.
