It looks like the offline documentation for the Windows SDK v7.1 is missing. When I run the help viewer and choose "Install Content from The Web", it looks like the Windows 7 SDK is there but, when I select it and press the Update button, nothing is downloaded. If I poke around on the page that the help library manager gets its list of available content from (link) I can see that there are no packages listed for the book. I've tried resetting my Help Library (link), and doing a repair install of the SDK, but I'm pretty sure that the problem is server side. Does anybody have a copy of this documentation in their offline help library? If I had the list of package names I might be able to download them manually from packages.mtps.microsoft.com.
