I've recently joined a company which has an Xbox 360 Dev Kit (Full Developer, Zephyr) and Dev account. We have a need to dig the Dev Kit out, but my predecessor has moved on and I have no knowledge of the credentials or account information!

I don't even know where to begin to start tracking this information down. Xbox support were unable to help as they only deal with consumer consoles.

I would say search for which program your precessor was in XBLA or professional game dev. Here is a forum dedicated to xna development and some on professional submission and numbers and would be better suited to help but until commerical version kinect is limited to windows:
