I have written a Company Hub that connects to a service and downloads a .xap to local storage then attempts to install the package using AddPackageAync() - however this always fails. I know the .xap is fine as if I pull it from the emulator and deploy it using XapDeploy it installs.

If I am using the InstallationManager to install packages do I need to install the AET into the emulator and sign the .xap that I am attempting to install?
