Have you looked at the BizSpark program ? If your company is less then three years old, earns less then

1.000.000 and are private own, you can signup for BizSpark.

Then you can create one account for each team member, and they can use Visual Studio and SQL server for "free" 3 years. After that you have to pay a fee of

100 total.

It's a VERY good deal, and I'm proud and happy to be a part of this program.
