When a colleague of mine, whose MSDN subscription has expired, visits the MSDN site it says he has no valid licence keys. This is despite having downloaded a fair amount of software with keys for products still available, e.g. Windows Server, Visual Studio, Visio, etc.

It also says he can't filter by his subscription nor does it let him click any sofware for download.

It would make sense for your colleague to contact MSDN Subscriptions Customer Service for some of these questions, but software and keys are not available for MSDN Subscriptions after they expire. Downloads and keys are only benefits of active Subscriptions.
