I bought expression web 4 and I thought I backed up the download file but I did not. I do of course have my install key that came with my emailed receipt but did not save the email that I suspect had a link to the dl. Any help would be appreciated I have installed the free version for now. Thanks. Tim.

If you have installed the free version, you don't need the product key, and it shouldn't ask for one. I suspect it is the retail version (it works in "trial mode" until you enter a valid licence key) you purchased that's asking for the licence code, which you would obtain from the vendor you purchased from - log into their website and access the account to re-send the email with the key code.
