What is the best way to go about debugging why/where exceptions are occurring?  I can't seem to find a lot of information about this counter online other than obvious "this is the total number of exceptions since the cache service started".  That doesn't help me too much.  I don't get serialization exceptions and my client code is working fine.  But I see this counter increases and I have no idea why.

We're looking to understand the same exact issue. Applications work correctly, but 'Total Failure Exceptions' count increments. Any updates?
