So i am having this problem in Expression Blend where when I type XAML code in the code editor i get all the intellisense for the properties and none for the events.

Ex: <Button x:Name="mybtn"/>

Then for example i write Click, nothing shows up. What exactly would the problem be? This is for Both Expression Blend 3 and 4 preview

Hi, 
     Unfortunately this is by design, we explicitly filter out events in XAML intellisense in Blend. I will definitely forward your request to appropriate members in Blend team.
Also, you can always add an event handler in Blend from Property pane.

Please follow these steps and see if it works for you:
    1. Select the button on artboard
    2. Switch to Property Pane and click on Events button (Lightining button located Top - Right)
    3. Double click on required event
