I'm guessing no, but is there anyway to just buy Expression Blend and not have to buy all that other stuff I have no use for in the whole Studio package?  I just want to create silverlight animations.

If you are just doing windows phone development (sounds like that isn't the case) Blend is free as part of the Windows Phone tools download.
