It is possible, you can use Shared Mailbox as an example. If you are the only one using this Shared Mailbox, you can just add you as the only member for this Shared Mailbox.

After you've got access to a Shared Mailbox, you will be able to see this Shared Mailbox from your outlook desktop client, and you can send email on behalf of this mailbox, have an individual calendar too.
