A meeting organizer schedules a meeting with 2 Rooms (Room Mailboxes) and say 4 Partipants.

When a Required meeting invitee (any 1 participant) declines the meeting,  the meeting organizer get the decline notification. But the Rooms do not get the decline notification.

Is there any additional setting to be done so that the Rooms get the decline notification.

解决方案

No a Meeting Room is just another attendee and the only person that will receive the meeting responses (either accept or decline, tentative) will be the Organizer. If you want to track the attendee status of the Meeting you need to access the Organizers calendar (eg use Impersonation or delegated access). Another work around is to check the freebusy status (getuseravailiblity) of the attendee's but that may or may not be reliable.
