My driver pass Vista 32&64 bit WHQL test, and get signed files. It runs all right on XP/Vista/Win7/Win8, and all OSs show this driver is signed by MS.

But I resell this submission to a customer, their driver shows unsigned on XP. But in the same time Vista/Win7/Win8 all show it's signed. Can anyone kindly tell me why?

Sorry that you're having trouble with Sysdev's Reseller feature. Our processing of Resold submissions is fairly basic - we don't create new catalogs or resign any files. The catalogs in question should be identical between you and your customer.

Are there any other differences between you and your customer's test scenarios? Are they using a different install mechanism - or did they post-process the catalog after receiving the submission?
