My app was workink fine but for any undefined reason, now when I try any report  I have this error : "the request could not be submitted for background processing".

I am experiencing the same problem.  I recently upgraded my custom app to .NET 2 and Crystal 11 Release 2 on to the client's machine.  5 out of the 6 computers got this message everytime it tried printing a Crystal Report.  I found out that the 1 computer that did work has 512 mb of RAM the rest have 256.  I don't know if this a .NET 2 problem or a Crystal Problem.

Personally I feel running XP with 256 mb of RAM is ludicrous but the IT department says it's their "standard".   I hope there is another solution because the .NET 1.1 Framework version of the program has been destroyed and I don't want to go back to Visual Studio 2003.  Besides that, I will be fighting IT red tape to get any memory upgrades anytime soon.
