Hi all

We are using project server 2013 online and whilst the schedule was in development, we create the base project and registers, etc.

When the schedule was ready to be added to PS13, I copied the schedule across and published and then many people who had previously had access to the project site, had their access revoked.

Is there any way I can turn off this so when I publish the same people who have access keep access.  We are not using it for Enterprise planning.

    Its a big topic but essentially you can run Project Server in either

1. SharePoint Mode: Group membership via SharePoint groups at the PWA level and Manage project site permissions manually.

2. Project Server Mode: Use Project Server Users, Groups and Categories to determine site permissions together with Build Team and PWA security override.  If you are in Project permission mode you can also turn off Permission Sync via ⚙->PWA Settings ->Manage User Sync Settings
