Hello All,

I know we can set a Standard Rate (and OT Rate) for each Resource in Server Settings > Security > Manage Users.  Can we vary that Rate, by Project.  For example, if Resources are normally billed at $150/hour, but on a particular project we negotiated $140/hour for Developers and $160/hour for Consultants.  Is there a way to modify billing rates, by Resource, by Project?  

I don't want to change the Resource's User record because the Standard Rate still holds true for other active projects on which that Resource(s) works.  Thank you!

The closest you can getto modeling this scenario is to use the User Cost Rate Tables. you can specify different rates for the same resource, and then applly the cost rate table to the assignment itself.
