After reading thru this whole thread I want to let you know that someone out here feels that you deserve a raise for having to deal with this problem. You have been very professional and patient, maybe more with some folks than they deserve.

I can't beleive that MS has sold this software and for all prictical purposes has told everyone"your on your own". Even if the fix that they released works fine for web, the fact that the Expression package was being touted as a bundle of semi-similar software and they really are pushing it as a package, that you are left to explain to users that the programs come from seperate units that don't communicate with each other enough to issue fixes together.

While I can see where you might have taken ribbing from your friends for using FrontPage, "this program" (i.e. Expression Web) has nothing to do with FrontPage, other than some weak, and dwindling, backward compatibility support for a few features. It is, and has been from the start, a completely new, professional strength, application for developing what FP never dreamed of, standards compliant, valid, compatible, accessible pages.
