I'm using a Visio 2013 licence granted to me individually to use from work. We're a MS Gold Partner (not sure if it matter) and I'm the only one using this licence. But as I've gone through 3-4 laptops in the past 5 years plus a few OS rei-nstallations... today Visio is telling me I've reached the maximum number of activation on the key and "Telephone Activation is no longer available for your product."

I'm sure no one else is using this key because all previous installations (by me) has been wiped clean along with Windows on my previous machines.
