Using Visio 2003 after a hard drive crash had to do an OS reload. When I try to activate by internet it states I have activated it too many times. No one has it on their computer but me, I own it bought and paid for it but cannot activate it.

Normally when you call in they ask how many computers have it installed and work with me, but the phone support has been discontinued so that's not an option. Yes, I could buy a newer version but for the few charts I draw per year its not worth the money. How can I get the number of times my product has been activated reset????
