The title says it all how do I render in HD settings, So far all im getting is 360p and it looks terrible. Im using a 32" tv for my monitor. I see everything in a 1920 by 1080 resolution.

Windows -> Summary tab will show you what you're previewing and encoding at.

Encode -> Video -> Width/Height (bottom right) controls the resolution you encode at. If you change the resolution, I would at the least also change the bitrate accordingly.
