I have a series of UI tests that cover basic functionality of our Silverlight application. The tests themselves seem to run at an acceptable pace, but the time it takes between ordered tests seems to take much longer than I would expect. 

 

The actions performed in the scripts can be done in roughly 10 minutes. But the overall run time of the scripts is 2:30 hours. I don't have any wait times set and there are no sleep calls. I have seen a lot of talk about turning different options off to decrease playback, but I would think that since I used recorded actions for most of the script and didn't use waits or pauses that the scripts would run closer to the pace the actions were recorded at.
