This is what the test dev had to say about the "WebcamPlugin: .." error:

"Without HW it would be difficult to diagnose.  From the error provided, the feedback I can give is that after resuming from sleep, it is taking longer than 15 seconds to open the camera filter, which is why we error out.  The customer would need to figure out why it is taking so long to initiate a camera session after resume from a sleep or PnP event."

Same goes for "WirelessPlugin.." error.
