I have searched for a solution to no avail. 

MSP 2010

MS Visio 2010

WBS addin (x86): tried (64 bit) did not work...blog suggested to use (x86) which loaded but??????

The WBS template does appear in Visio but not the ribbon for WBS.

There is no tab for WBS or an Import option to link to MSP 2010.

The COM Add-Ins dialog box is blank.

Would you please also provide the detailed edition of your Visio, as WBS Modeler add-in is only available to Microsoft Visio 2010 Professional or Premium?

Meanwhile, as is indicated in the WBS Modeler User Guide, to add the WBS Modeler ribbon, we need to click the Create button or double click WBS Modeler from Choose a Template list, then use WBS template to open a new document.

Please follow the instructions in the User Guide to have check. Feel free to post back if you need further assistance.
