Am using VS 2012 express edition for desktop , when i create a web forms project and open a class, the break point flickers when i click on any line of the code editor.

I'm unable to write further code, I deleted all the break points(cntrl+shift+f9), but the flickering does not go away

im new to .net and stuck with this problem for three days

Anyone out here to help.
