After Installing Visual studio 2012 express . It shows me that the vs 2012 will expire after 30 days  and it shows me online registration but whenever I click on register online in my chrome it shows me login process after successfully login it show me

Download VS2017 and install it instead. It will be difficult to get support for registration on an outdated product.
