Unable to connect to the controller on 'Testctr01:6901'. Any idea about the reason for this error? We have other machines with test agents running, which work together with the same test controller.

Can you please confirm yourfirewall settings,may be the inbound rule for port 6902/6209 is not set to allowed.

Also, then try reconfiguring the agent with the same credentials as that of controller.
