So frustrating, I have a Bing Ad Account and developer account but there is no developer token listed. Furthermore, although I set up my product Ad's for contentAPI, I was never emailed the Prefix which seems to be required.

It looks like there may have been a product change that wasn't picked up in the docs; I'm following up now with the engineering team. In the meantime, could you please try using the prefix "su1"?

Your developer token is available from the BingAds dev center page at http://developers.bingads.com. From there, click on 'Account' from the menu bar. If you've been issued a developer token already, it will be listed next to 'Developer token'. If not, you can request one from that page and you will be issued one immediately. Please let me know if that doesn't answer your developer token question.
