I am searching for Microsoft Windows CE 6.0 Device Emulator but i am not getting success in it. all i am getting is Microsoft Windows CE 5.0 Device Emulator can you please help me to find the link from where i can download the correct emulator?

Sorry but such an emulator does not exist - at least Microsoft does not offer one.

Are you using a specific device from a hardware vendor?
if this is the case, I'd suggest you contact the vendor and ask for an SDK that includes support for the ARM device emulator.

If this is not applicable, you're only other option is to build your own Emulator OS Image using Platform Builder for Windows Embedded CE 6.
