I have project online account and also project std 2013.

您需要MS Project Pro 2013 / Office 365项目在客户端计算机上打开项目。它不适用于MS Project Standard 2013
You would need MS Project Pro 2013/Project for Office 365 to open the projects on the client machine. It does not work with MS Project Standard 2013
