I am customizing the ENCFILT sample in Windows CE 6.0 (R3), to use a custom encryption method. Encryption is working fine, but problem is with the filename, if i create a file in the encryption sd card, from an application executing in the device (lets say the file name is \Resources\orig\log.txt), i get same name itself in filter.

但是如果我将文件从PC复制到设备（当然是通过主动同步），则在设备端获得文件名（在过滤器中）是"\ Resources \ orig \〜og .~ xt"，因为你可以看到新的字符被替换为波浪号（〜）符号。 

But if I copy the file from PC to device (over active sync of course), the file name obtained at the device side(in filter) is "\Resources\orig\~og.~xt", as you can see new characters are getting replaced with tilde(~) symbol. 

对于通过activesync传输的任何其他文件也是如此。

Same thing goes for any other file over transferred over activesync.

           \ Resources \ orig \ FLASH APP-PROBLEMS.txt    => \ Resources \ orig \ ~LASH APP-PROBLEMS .~ xt

           \Resources\orig\FLASH APP-PROBLEMS.txt    => \Resources\orig\~LASH APP-PROBLEMS.~xt

任何人都可以解释这个行为吗？
