I have a dashboard for "My" queries that utilize the "@Me" value so when each developer opens the dashboard, they see their particular results. For example, their Active work items, their Proposed items, the items that need triage, etc.  Perfect.  However, when the team lead needs to open the same dashboard and select the team member that they want to see.  (It is not practical to create dashboard for each member of the team.)  What would work would be if there was a dropdown on the dashboard that would enable the setting of a variable that would be used to select the team member in the queries and to have that variable default to "@Me".

Currently, you could not change the query condition in the dashboard settings.
