I am using expression encoder 4 pro in an attempt to encode live video. My windows platform is Windows xp Professionl 32 bit. The PC workstation I am using has a dual core Intel processors with 2 GB of memory.  I am using a video capture card. I am attempting to encode an vc-1 Stream Low bandwith. I can successfully connect to the publishing point. I can successfully cue my video source. My problem occurs when I attempt to start encoding, the encoding process does not start but I do not recieve any error messages. The "Start" button highlights for a second and then fades.  Has anyone else encountered this issue? Are there any log files stored anywhere that may contain error informaton?  I would appreciate any assistance.
