I am having a problem on receiving the 850 document from the partner. The error shows as following:

When I investigate into the problem, I notice there is a non-alphabet character exists in the document:

In the EDI party X12 character set setting, I choose UTF8/Unicode, so I don't know why it will display an error like this.

Can you check if the inbound interchange file that you are sending is saved in UTF-8 encoding or not ? If not can you run the same scenario with the file saved as UTF-8 ?
