Installed WP 8.1 on Lumia 925.

Using a Belgian carrier (Telenet) is displaying the roaming symbol, while I'm not roaming : I'm in the middle of Belgium... So what's wrong here: is this someting within WP8.1 or is this something the carrier has to solve?

Exactly the same issue with Tele2 (a Dutch provider using the T-Mobile network). I need to enable the 'allow dataroaming' setting to be able to use online services, even though I am on the Tele2 network. With the setting enabled, I am able to check mail etc, and no roaming charges are billed by Tele2.
