Hello,

I hope I can help you. As you probably know using Server Settings - Site Provisioning Settings will give users a choice in creating a Project Work Space for a project when publishing a project. However I found in Project Server 2010 that you can configure a Project Server permission so that users will not get this message at all. I suppose this will work for version 2007 as well. Just look for the "Manage SharePoint Foundation" global permission and make sure that "normal" users do not have this permission, as it is described as: "Allows a user to create and delete project sites, whether or not sites are created on project publish, permission synchronization settings, and site path updates. Grant this permission to members of your organization who are administrators for Project Web App or administrators for the servers that are running SharePoint Server 2010."
