I need to hide projects from Project Server(MS Project and PWA) but should delete projects from the server.

After doing this i publish the plan, then i add the closed projects to "MPP Closed Project" category.

Doing all the above steps the plan is not visible for Project Managers in MS Project but it is visible in all views of PWA Project Center.

Hi, K. I guess your second sentence means that you do NOT want to delete projects from the server. Of course, you know that you can delete projects from the draft and published databases but still have them retrievable from the Archive database.

One difficulty with the approach that you are taking (adding a filter for closed projects to PWA Project Centre views) is that it doesn't limit what is displayed in the File-Open dialog in Project Professional.
