我们有两个项目在线专业的licenties。但用户无权访问。他们收到通知"抱歉，您无权访问。正在等待批准。我们会告知您有关任何更新的信息。 

We have two licenties for Project Online Professional. But the users don's have access. They get the notification "Sorry, you don't have access. Awaiting approval. We'll let you know about any updates'.

But the request for access doesnot reach me (administrator). Where do I arrange the access for Project Online Professional? What do I need to approve?

用户可能拥有许可证，但它不授予他们对Project Online和PWA（Web访问）的任何访问权限。

The users might have the licence, but it doesn't grant them any access to Project Online and PWA (web access).

您必须转到PWA服务器设置页面：

You have to go to the PWA server settings page:

然后去管理用户并添加相应的用户使用O365帐户。假设您处于Project Server权限模式，请将它们添加到相应的安全组（团队成员，项目经理...）。

Then go to manage users and add the appropriate users with their O365 account. Add them to the appropriate security group (team member, project manager...) assuming you are in Project Server permission mode.
