I'm looking at Project Online to see if will meet our needs for a PPM. Most things look good, but I can't seem to find a way to enable mobile access and a way to sync the tasks with outlook. 

Is there a mobile app that will allow a Project member to update their tasks and timesheets.?

Is there a way to take the Project tasks and share them with a Project Member's Outlook task?

Sensei has an app called Sensei Task Manager for Project Server and Project Online for IOS, Android and Windows Phone.

Project Online is integrated with Outlook so you can send tasks to outlook directly and get status back. This is done using the Sync to Outlook function - found in PWA - Tasks - Tasks Ribbon.
