由于这是新的PWA站点，请尝试删除PWA站点并使用新的数据库集重新创建。如果可能的话，你也可以与内容数据库删除现有的Web应用程序和创建配置新PWA网站之前，新的一个。

on a test machine I just installed Sharepoint and Project Server 2010 SP1 with SQL Server 2012 SP1 as database. I followed the instructions on Technet for installing and configuring. It works untill I create a PWA Site. Everything works fine and the status says it is provisioned. But when I want to start the PWA site I only get the message "an unknown error has occured".

As this is a test machine everything runs with the Administrator account. Sharepoint itself works also fine as far as I can see it.

Any Idea???

Hi there,

Since this is new PWA site, try deleting PWA site and re-creating with new set of database. If possible you could also delete existing web application with content database and create new one before provisioning new PWA site.

If issue is still persist, we can look at the ULS and event logs
