VS 15显然已下载好.给我一个消息，安装成功. BUt 我无法使其运行.系统是Windows 7.社区版本下载.

VS 15 Apparently Downloaded Fine. Gave me a message that Installation Was Successful.  BUt  i have not been able to get it to run.  System is Windows 7.  Community Version Download.

Try: Right click (on the installer) -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Uncheck "Run this program in compatibility mode for". If it's grayed out, press Change setting for all users and uncheck it there.
