I have created a Windows form ( grade calculator ) in visual studio 2017 using C#.

The build has no errors, but it will not display the result in the assigned label when I run it.

I know it is not a coding error because the form runs and displays on the machines of others, it just won't display the result on mine in visual studio 2017. so I am quite positive it is just a visual studio setting or something like that. but, I can't figure out what setting it is I need to change or fix.
