Ok. I've found out that because I switch from windows 7 to 10. Windows 10 chkdsk deletes files without permission see below the chkdsk report:

The first thing you could try to do is installing a file recovery software and run it as soon as possible, in order to prevent the sectors containing the deleted files to be overwritten by other files.
