I have a dell laptop which was shipped with windows 8 and now I have upgraded it to windows 10. I would like to ask if it is possible to create an extra recovery partition for windows 10 together with the existing recovery partitions (windows 8) which I would like to keep since they are oem partitions.

You could go into Diskmanager and attempt to shrink the volume to make space for a new one. How many partitions are on the drive now?
