hi all.

i'm fairly new to windows store development and i'd like to write a sample windows store app which pulls folders and files from a user's skydrive. i've done the same thing already in WPF by using the WebClient class and picking apart JSON by hand.

my "metro" app throws an exception at the (Live SDK) LiveAuthClient.LoginAsync() method saying it's not configured properly. with WPF you just use the client secret and client ID in a request. here i have to register my app within the windows store and pay a fee for 10 lines of code i don't want to publish to any store. so is there a workaround to test Live SDK stuff in a win store app without a store account and if not, why is it possible with WPF?
