Microsoft has provided windows storage application data class libraries in Windows 8. I need those application data class libraries in windows 7. Since windows storage libraries are not available in windows 7,  I want to know same type of libraries that are available in windows 7 or can we add some DLL references to those kind of libraries.

Here I also searched an article that talk about How to call WinRT APIs in Windows 8 from C# Desktop Applications - WinRT Diagram But you must installed UWP SDK in your Win7 machine.
