I have several apps running on the same server using vs2005 that utilize Crystal without any problems.  Can someone tell me what I need to do to configure the 2003 app to work as well?

You will need to deploy more files to your server.  There are different files used for running under the 1.x and the 2.0 .NET frameworks.  You need to create a deployment package with CrystalReports11_5_NET.msm to get the 1.1 versions.
