Hi,

I have been trying to use kinect for windows on a laptop at work. the drivers have installed fine however when i plug in the kinect it is not detected and no error message is received. The kinect is v2 and the laptop has been updated to windows 8.1 from windows 7. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
